Less chasing. Clearer records.

01 / Sound familiar?

You made a sale.
Then the admin began.

A customer sends a screenshot. Someone searches the order, checks the amount, opens the bank app and replies in chat. Do it again for the next customer.

01 / The inbox

“Which order is this for?”

A receipt without its invoice means more messages before you can move.

02 / The handover

“Has anyone checked this?”

When the answer lives in someone’s chat, your whole team has to wait.

03 / The evening

“I’ll reconcile it later.”

Your working day ends. The unfinished payment checks follow you home.

02 / One payment. All the context.

to a clear next step.

ApexPay connects the invoice, receiving QR, receipt and decision. Explore the intended Philippine experience below.

Before you
bring it into your business.

Can I use it for Philippine payments today?

We’re collecting Philippine early-access requests. The current service supports Thai receiving QRs and baht invoices. Peso receipt checks and Philippine receiving-QR compatibility must be added and confirmed before subscriptions open. We aren’t claiming GCash, Maya or QR Ph compatibility yet.

Does receipt approval prove the money arrived?

ApexPay reads submitted receipt evidence and compares it with the invoice. A matching receipt is not an independent bank confirmation or a guarantee against altered screenshots. Receipt approval and bank reconciliation stay separate, with exceptions available for review.

Does ApexPay hold my customers’ money?

The intended flow uses your business’s receiving QR. Transfers go directly to the receiving account configured for your business; ApexPay manages the invoice context, receipt check and payment decision.

Will my customers need another app?

The payment page opens in a browser. Customers use their usual banking or payment app to make the transfer, then return to upload their receipt and see their status.

Can this connect to my website?

The shared service has a server API for invoice details and signed notifications for payment decisions. Your developer connects your checkout. Tell us about your website when you join; we’ll confirm the integration scope before purchase.

What happens after I join early access?

We save your contact details and billing preference, then contact you about Philippine availability and fit. Registration doesn’t create a paid subscription, reserve a live integration or take a payment.
